Registration in CoSI 2025 is open via this Link.
The total number of participants has been limited to 120, on first-pay, first-serve basis.

The Regular and Student fees include:
- Access to lectures, poster presentations, and digital Book of Abstracts.
- Coffee/tea breaks throughout the conference.
- Welcome coffee & tea on Monday (before Opening session).
- Lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (after Closing session).
- Seated dinner on Monday.
- Buffet diner on Tuesday.
- BBQ Dinner on Wednesday.
- Social Activity and/or Meet de Speakers session on Wednesday afternoon.
- Internet access throughout the conference location.

Student (PhD researchers, MSc & BSc students) fee** (Euros)
There is a limited amount of student fees available.**
Note: Students from the same group may get a Group discount. Details at Group registration.

Group Registration** (Euros)
A Group discount is applicable when more then one (>1) members of the same Academic Group or Company/Institute register at CoSI. A 25 % discount is applicable for every extra member on its own/applicable fee.
Note: The group registration should be made by one Lead participant (Full Regular Fee) who registers all the other joining members, after its own registration is complete. The Lead participant must indicate per email (to Conference office) how many persons join the group, and request for a Code-Discount to register the joining members.
The spousal fee (300 Euros) includes:
- Seated dinner Monday
- Buffet dinner Tuesday
- BBQ dinner Wednesday
- Social activity Wednesday
Registration is obligatory for all participants: all Oral Speakers, Poster Presenters, Students, Committee members, Press members and Regular attendants without a presentation. Note that CoSI student fees, will be preferentially attributed to students presenting a poster or giving a lecture.
** Student fee: A limited number of reduced fees is available for students (BSc, MSc and PhD researchers). Preference will be given to students/researchers who present their work (accepted oral or pitch/poster presentation). Please supply the organization with proof of your student status (copy of student-card or letter from your university).
Cancellation policy:
- Full refund until 29 April 2025
- 50% refund between 30 April 2025 – 29 May 2025
- No refund from 30 May 2025 onwards
