Sponsoring information

Coatings Science International is  a non-profit Conference. We welcome the Support of Sponsors  to successfully provide a conference of the highest quality while keeping registration  at a fair fee which can cover the organizational costs.

For CoSI 2024 we have four main Sponsor pre-Set Packages  (see below): Brass, Bronze, Silver and Gold.

If, however, your company/institution cannot take any of the pre-set packages, and you have some other type of sponsoring and advertising in mind (e.g. sponsor the poster session or the BBQ dinner; organize a special event, contribute to an Award, etc)… feel free to contact us with suggestions and we will be happy to discuss further possibilities!*

CoSI Pre-Set Sponsorship packages:*

Gold : 3 000 € (excl. VAT)

– Broad public (year) and Conference audience – 3-days full impact

  •  Bronze sponsorship benefits included.
  • Small table to present materials, (small) equipment’s and/or to discuss with participants during all-Conference days.
  • On participant fee (regular) included – attendance to all lectures, lunch/dinner, coffee-breaks and social activities of the conference

Silver : 2 500 € (excl. VAT)

– Broad public (year) and Conference audience – 1-day full impact

  • Bronze sponsorship benefits included.
  • Small table to present materials, (small) equipment’s and/or to discuss with participants during the all-day activities of the Poster sessions day (Wednesday).
  • One-day participant fee included – during the Poster sessions day (Wednesday) – including attendance to the lectures, lunch/dinner and coffee-breaks of that day.

Bronze : 2 000 € (excl. VAT)

– Broad public (year) and Conference audience impact

 Your company’s/logo will be explicitly displayed:

  • On the website (http://www.coatings-science.com); a hyperlink to the company’s website is included.
  • Included in the announcements/e-mails.
  • Included on Linked-in posts (by the CoSI-conference profile, if appreciated by you).
  • Inserted in the Digital book of abstracts distributed to participants.
  • Displayed during:
    •  the Opening and Closure events
    • coffee/lunch breaks
    • presentation of the CoSI Awards
  • Promotion materials can be inserted in conference bags (when provided by you).

Brass : 1 000 € (excl. VAT)*

– Conference audience 1-day impact

  • Small table or Poster Board to present materials, (small) equipment’s, flyers, books, etc, for discussions with participants during a full day – Wednesday .
  • Access to Poster pitches and poster-board discussion sessions (only).
  • Access to coffee-breaks and Lunch with the participants.
  • Your company logo will (only) be displayed during the opening and closure sessions and mentioned on Wednesday opening session.

Duration of the Sponsoring

  • One edition of the conference including its preliminary and final communications, and ultimately until the Call for Abstracts for the next year Conference is released.
