Posters submissions remain open!
Posters submission is open until all the available board-presentation-slots are filled in, with the latest closure being on the 24th of April. A limited number of Poster-pitches-time-slots is available on the program. For these pitches selection, priority will be given by time of submission of the accepted poster abstracts.

- Only PDF files will be accepted.
- Submitted abstracts will be reviewed for scientific quality and fit to the program by the CoSI Scientific Committee – after which a decision is made to accept/decline the abstract.
- The final program will be set up by Organizing Committee, based on the recommendations of the Scientific Committee.
- The preliminary program will be available on the website in end-February 2022.

Notification of acceptance: The selected authors will be notified beginning of February 2024.
Registration will open on the 5th of February.
Intended program and setup of CoSI 2024
- Oral presentations of 30 minutes including a Q&A session.
- Poster sessions, with 3 minutes pitch for each Poster presenter followed by a discussion at the Poster room (subject to available timeslots).
- Moderation by a CoSI Scientific Committee member.
- Meet the Speakers sessions: possibility to pre-book one-to-one or small-group discussion with the Speakers, Sponsors or Other attendees.
- Science, Innovation and Creativity CoSI Awards will be revealed during the closing session.
- Special issue of Journal of Coatings Technology (Springer) dedicated to CoSI 2024 conference, where presenters can submit their manuscripts (regular peer reviewed).
- Digital Book of Abstracts will be provided to participants.
- List of participants and professional contact data (subject to individual agreement according to data protection policy).
